Wobblers
What a wobbler is and what it is for
A wobbler is a hard-bodied lure, with or without a lip, that creates its own action on the retrieve: it dives to a working depth, rolls, vibrates or hangs in mid-water. Use it for pike, perch, asp and zander along weed, drop-offs, timber or the surface. Unlike soft plastics on a jig head, much of the depth and action is built into the shape and lip; you control speed, pauses and the retrieve style.
How to choose a wobbler
Look at running depth and body type. Cranks vibrate harder and pull active fish; shads and minnows give a longer glide with pauses and twitching; deep divers dig drop-offs, shallow ones track over weed. Product cards usually list working depth, length and buoyancy (floating / suspending / sinking) — that decides whether the lure stays in the zone after you stop. Match size to the target: compact for perch and bank work, larger for pike and asp.
In this section — Megabass, Ever Green, Lucky John, O.S.P, ZipBaits, IMA, plus Salmo and Major Craft: from Ever Green bank shads and cranks to Megabass and O.S.P minnows and deep divers. Compare depth and length on the card so you do not buy a lure that never reaches the right horizon on your water.
