Store pickup

Address: 9/4 Liviu Deleanu St., Chisinau, Moldova. Opening hours: Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00, Sat 9:00–17:00, Sun closed. Pickup is free and available for any order amount. We will let you know when your order is ready.

Nova Post delivery in Moldova

• At checkout, choose your town and Nova Post branch (or address delivery, where available).
• You pay for delivery directly to the carrier, Nova Post, when you receive the parcel, at current Nova Post rates (depending on weight, size and route). The shop does not add its own delivery charge. Current rates are on the Nova Post website.
• The minimum order value for Nova Post delivery within Moldova is 500 MDL. The minimum order value for shipping outside Moldova is 1500 MDL. In-store pickup has no minimum. If the cart is below this amount, the shop asks you to add items in order to place an order with delivery. The store is at 9/4 Liviu Deleanu St., Chisinau, Moldova
• Long rods and oversized items need special packaging, and the carrier may charge a size surcharge under its rates. Please contact us before ordering long rods.

Delivery times

Some items come from the supplier's warehouse. The estimated delivery time for items in stock is 7–14 days; our manager will confirm the exact time after you order.

International delivery

Payment

• Online by card (Visa, Mastercard) via maib — when you place your order. You enter your card details on the secure maib page; the shop does not receive or store them.
• Cash on delivery — cash paid when you collect the Nova Post parcel (for the goods; delivery is paid to the carrier separately).
• Cash or card in the store — on pickup.

Prices are shown in Moldovan lei (MDL) and are the final price of the goods. Delivery is not included in the price.

Order confirmation

After you place your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Our manager may contact you to confirm availability and delivery time.

Checking your parcel

When you receive it, check the parcel in front of the courier or at the Nova Post branch. If you see damage, ask for a damage report and contact us. Signing the delivery document does not limit your right of withdrawal or your rights for non-conforming goods.

Returns

You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason — see the "Returns and 14-day withdrawal" page.
