1. Controller
The controller of your personal data is PESCUIT SPORTIV S.R.L. (Fisher's Home), IDNO 1011600025790, 9/4 Liviu Deleanu St., Chisinau, Moldova. 2. What data we process, why and on what legal basis

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal effects for you. We do not knowingly process data of children under 16.
3. Who receives your data
We share only the data needed, with these recipients:
- maib — processing card payments and refunds;
- Nova Post — delivering parcels and collecting cash on delivery (name, phone, branch or address, parcel value);
- Google (Google Analytics 4) — statistics, only with your consent;
- Meta (Meta Pixel) — ad measurement, only with your consent;
- our website hosting and e-mail provider:;
- our accountant or accounting service and legal advisers — where needed;
- public authorities — only where the law requires it.
Providers that process data on our behalf do so under a contract and on our instructions.
4. Transfers outside the Republic of Moldova
Google and Meta may process data in the European Union and the USA. These transfers happen only if you consent to the relevant cookies, and with the safeguards these providers offer (for example, standard contractual clauses).
5. How long we keep data
- order data and accounting documents — for the period required by accounting and tax law;
- data on returns, complaints and warranty — for the warranty period and the limitation period for possible claims;
- customer account — until you delete it or ask us to delete it; inactive accounts —;
- data processed on the basis of consent — until you withdraw consent;
- cookies — for the durations given in the Cookie policy;
- security logs —.
After these periods, the data is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under Law No. 195/2024 you have the right to:
- access your data;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict processing;
- data portability;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest and, at any time, to processing for direct marketing;
- withdraw your consent at any time (for example via "Cookie settings"), without affecting earlier processing;
- not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.
To exercise your rights, write to info@sportex-fishing.md. We reply within one month of receiving your request; in complex cases this may be extended, and we will let you know. We may ask for more information to confirm your identity.
7. Complaints

8. Security
We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS), restrict access to data, store passwords encrypted and keep backups. Card payments are processed on the secure maib page.

We may update this policy. The current version and the date of the last update are shown on this page.
