Megabass SM-X Spriggan is a new model of a small fat floating crankbait with a working depth of up to two meters. The bait blade is reinforced - this was done due to the fact that one of the areas of application of floating cranks is wiring with contact with bottom soil, including hard rocky soil.
At a high speed of retrieving, the force of the impact of the wobbler blade on a stone can be large and even sufficient for it to crack or even break. Megabass SM-X Spriggan is balanced in such a way that at the moment of contact with any underwater obstacle, be it a stone or a snag, it somersaults and bounces, jumping over it - this makes it indispensable when fishing in places with hooks on the bottom.
Like all cranks of the Fat geometry, the SM-X Spriggan has a very lively, fairly high-frequency, medium-amplitude game with a wide spread of the tail; it is also complemented by the so-called darter game, when the bait moves not only horizontally, but can also make jumps in the vertical plane.
In addition, this model also works great on jerking, that is, you can use both simple twitching, diversifying the uniform pattern, and pure twitching in the form of a series of small and frequent micro-jerks with the tip of the rod; with such wiring, the darter component of the wobbler’s play is further enhanced.
The SM-X Spriggan crank is recommended for catching pike, perch, pike perch, as well as chub and ide. The color line includes a lot of acidic and natural colors to suit every taste.
